ISO 14790:2005 is an {International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard https://www.iso.org/standard/38628.html} that specifies the requirements and test methods for snowboard plate-bindings without a release mechanism. It covers non-releasable bindings for both adults and children. The standard does not apply to bindings with a release mechanism or soft bindings.
