ISO 7400:1990 is an International Standard that specifies the electrical characteristics of alternating current (AC) flasher units used on mopeds with 6V or 12V systems. It covers flashers intended for simultaneous or alternate operation of direction indicator lights on mopeds, as defined in ISO 3833. This standard was the second edition, replacing the first edition from 1984.
