ISO/IEC 13250-6:2010
ISO/IEC 13250-6:2010 defines a text-based syntax, known as the Compact Topic Map (CTM) syntax, for representing Topic Map instances based on the data model specified in ISO/IEC 13250-2. It also provides a mapping between this text-based syntax and the data model. Essentially, it's a way to create and exchange Topic Maps using a human-readable, compact format.
