ISO 21438-3:2010 is an international standard outlining a method for determining the concentration of hydrofluoric acid (HF) and soluble particulate fluorides in workplace air using ion chromatography. The standard was published in 2010 and was last reviewed in 2020, with a new version, ISO/CD 21438-3, currently under development.
