ISO 15647:2004 is a standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) that outlines a method for isotopic analysis of uranium hexafluoride (UF6) using a double-standard gas-source mass spectrometric method. It's specifically used for UF6 with 235U concentrations less than or equal to 5% and 234U and 236U concentrations between 0.001% and 1.5%.
