ISO 10846-2:2008 is an international standard that specifies a method for determining the dynamic transfer stiffness of resilient supports for translatory motion. This method, known as the "direct method," involves measuring vibrations on the input side while blocking output forces. The standard is applicable to resilient elements used to reduce vibration transmission in the lower part of the audible frequency range and low-frequency vibrations.
