SO/TS 20065:2022 is an international standard that provides a method for objectively assessing the audibility of tones in noise. It's intended to complement subjective evaluations when there's disagreement on how audible a tone is in environmental noise. The standard is particularly useful when the tone frequency is 50 Hz or higher, but not a replacement for subjective evaluation for frequencies below 50 Hz or other noise types.
