ISO/R 65:1958-04 is an early version of the ISO standard titled "General conditions for the acceptance of certification bodies."
SO/R 65 is now considered outdated. It was replaced by ISO 17021 (and other subsequent revisions), which established more detailed and comprehensive guidelines for certification bodies across a wider range of industries and management systems
