ISO 21446:2019 is an international standard that specifies a method for determining the trans and total (cis + trans) vitamin K1 content in infant formula and adult nutritionals. It uses normal phase (NP) high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with post-column reduction and fluorescence detection.
