ISO 21871:2006 is a standard that specifies a method for detecting or enumerating low numbers of presumptive Bacillus cereus in food and animal feeding stuffs, according to ISO - International Organization for Standardization. It uses the most probable number (MPN) technique. This method is applicable to food products, animal feed, and environmental samples related to food production and handling.
