ISO 10872:2020 is an international standard that specifies a method for determining the toxicity of sediment and soil samples, as well as pore water, elutriates, and aqueous extracts, on the growth, fertility, and reproduction of Caenorhabditis elegans (a nematode). It's used to assess the toxic effects of contaminated environmental samples on this model organism.
