ISO 11350:2012
ISO 11350:2012 is an international standard for determining the genotoxicity of water and wastewater using the Salmonella/microsome fluctuation test, also known as the Ames fluctuation test. It specifies a method to assess the potential of water and wastewater to cause genetic mutations using Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serotype Typhimurium strains TA98 and TA100 in a fluctuation assay.
