ISO 23162:2021 is an international standard that sets the minimum requirements for equipment and test methods used in basic semen analysis. It applies to the entire process of manual semen examination and sample preparation for Computer-Aided Sperm Analysis (CASA). The standard does not cover post-vasectomy assessments.
