ISO/FDIS 13165-4 is the Final Draft International Standard for a water quality test method that determines the presence of Radium-226 (²²⁶Ra) in various water types using alpha spectrometry. Published in April 2025, this standard outlines procedures for measuring ²²⁶Ra in supply, drinking, surface, ground, and marine waters, as well as in cooling and wastewater, with a detection limit of less than 3 mBq/L.
