• Proprietorship: Register via local Municipal Corporation / Udyam Registration (MSME)
• LLP / Pvt Ltd: MCA portal (https://www.mca.gov.in/)

2. GST Registration (जीएसटी पंजीकरण)

English:

• Mandatory if turnover > 20 Lakh (India)
• Helps in B2B transactions and legal invoicing
