Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit MSTC portal
• Click New User → Register as Buyer
• Fill:
  • Name
  • PAN
  • Email
  • Business details
• Accept Terms & Conditions

👉 You will get User ID & Password (provisional)

Step 2: Email Confirmation

• System sends confirmation mail
• Download & sign the form

Step 3: Offline Document Submission

Submit documents to MSTC office:

• GST / Tax registration
• Signed confirmation letter

• Bank verification
