ISO 29992:2018, titled "Assessment of outcomes of learning services — Guidance," is an international standard that offers guidance on planning, developing, implementing, and reviewing assessments of learning outcomes. It is intended for organizations providing learning services and those selecting, using, or developing assessments. The standard focuses on measuring individual learners' outcomes and determining learner progress. It does not apply to the direct evaluation of instructional programs or the evaluation of learning service providers. Additionally, it excludes the technology requirements for delivering assessments.
