PROCESS OF OBTAINING A PSARA LICENSE

1.      Eligibility Check: Ensure the agency meets the basic requirements, including having no criminal record and being financially sound. 

2.      Application Filing: Submit an application along with required documents such as the company's incorporation certificate, employee details, PAN card, and MOU with a government-approved training institute. 

3.      Training: The agency’s personnel must undergo mandatory training according to PSARA standards, which includes a minimum of 160 hours of training (100 hours of classroom and 60 hours of field training). 

4.      Police Verification: A thorough background check is conducted for both the agency and its employees.
